This thesis will contain the analytics of environment air protection, regulation of law analysis. An observation program was designed and particle concentration measurements in Kuršėnai city through September to December were performed. Problematic territory and the reasons of particle pollution are identified. Conclusions and recommendations on how to improve the situation are provided.
