Abstract [eng] It is necessary to examine the internal and external value factors of the company, as this can help to understand where the problems come from. By analyzing the factors and making the right decisions, the value of the company increases. It was chosen to analyze the value of a retail company and at the same time to find out what factors, internal and external, influence its value. Work objective: to evaluate the value of the company through the share price, the discounted cash flow method, the economic value added (EVA) method, to analyze the profitability indicators and to find out what internal and external factors affect the value of the company. The company APB Apranga is analyzed on the basis of freely available financial statements. The financial indicators are analyzed, the value is determined based on the EVA method, the discounted cash flow method. The results obtained show that the company is profitable, but in 2020 it was a difficult year it was necessary to change the strategy so that the company's sales would increase rather than decrease. Also, when examining the profitability indicators and calculating the value using the EVA method, it was observed that the EVA method reflects the situation of the company better.
