Abstract [eng] |
The main focus of this thesis was on charge carrier transport and recombination in organic solar cell structures, sandwich structures and organic field-effect transistor structures. Fabricated samples were investigated by Time of Flight, photo-CELIV, i-CELIV and OFET current transients techniques. In this work photogenerated charge carrier transport in solar cell structures with CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite layer was investigated for the first time estimating charge carrier mobility in perovskite and Spiro-OMeTAD layers together. Charge carrier transport anisotropy was found in the OFET structures with neat PCPDTBT layer, in which charge carriers moved in perpendicular and in parallel to the substrate directions. Also, the dielectric surface influence on charge carrier transport was investigated in the OFET structures with neat PBDTTPD layer. Recombination of photogenerated charge carriers was investigated in PBDTTPD sandwich structures and it was shown that PBDTTPD material exhibits reduced bimolecular Langevin recombination. |
