An active globalization and European processes stimulate changes happening in the labour market of Lithuania. They emphasize an effect of the long-term unemployment to the economic-social process of the country and personal life of a long-term unemployed. The aim of the research – to analyze effectiveness of coaching competences training of career projection of long-range unemployed, adaptation to changes of the labour market encouraging acceptance of personal decisions and intensification of confidence. The problem of the situation of long-range unemployed oriented to the training process of career projection competence is based on scientifically in the dissertation. Also, coaching has been described and based on scientifically its effectiveness has been determined in the competence training of career projection of long range unemployed, amplification of employment potential, stimulation of thinking. The results of the made researches give possibility to state that long-range unemployed do not have competences of career projection which could help to integrate to the labour market, to adapt to changeable needs of the labour market. There is too little attention to the consultation of long-term unemployed, their competences training of career projection so for this it is necessary to change the method of training and the work of consultants. Furthermore, coaching is oriented to consolidation of self-confidence, acceptance of suitable decisions. It could be adapted and applied in the activity of consultants which is directed to competence training of career projection of long-range unemployed. The found results are useful seeking to correct and concretize functions, style, methods of professional career researches, practice of professional and career consultations. |
