| Abstract [eng] |
This article deals with problems which occur during the process of application of criteria which differentiate dependent labour and independent work in Lithuania. The research analyses changes in criteria which differentiate dependent labour and independent work, methods to select decisive criteria, evaluates them and suggest which criteria should be considered as decisive. The article concludes that subordination is the most decisive criteria in Lithuania at the moment. It also suggests that the risk of profit or loss should be added to this list. As well as this, the article suggest to give concrete meaning to the content of these criteria. |
