Abstract [eng] This work contains the theoretical analysis of parents and professionals developing cooperation between the special needs children. Hypothesis says , that from specialists in the quality of service depends on the parents attitude to the professionals. The study included 48 parents with children with special needs. Questionnaire survey method was used to reveal the parents of children with special needs approach to care by specialists in their child. The statistical (frequency, mean, standard deviation) analysis The empirical part deals with parents, raising special needs children received help early intervention services and pre-school institutions, parents' approach to professional quality of aid. The main conclusions of the research: • Children with special educational needs, education begins in childhood by providing the necessary assistance to them and their family members, so it is very important that every child receive the necessary treatment in time. • Parents with children who were referred to early intervention services they had provided physical therapy procedures were performed massage provided by a speech therapist and psychologist counseling. Pre-school age children were given a physical therapist, masseuse, speech therapist, special educator classes and water treatments. • According to the questionnaire data showed that parents equivalent to the specialists in the early period of the child and preschool. Parents welcomes the work of professionals in both the ART and now a pre-school institution.
