Translation of Title Formation of investing portfolio by assessing alternatives to debt securities.

Abstract [eng] The purpose of this paper is to formate investing portfolio according market. There goals were raised to achieve this: 1) analyse asset classes theories; 2) economical analysis to find economical cycle of present time; 3) determining the risk lever of investor; 4) identification of strategic allocation alternatives; 5) choise of investment assets; 6) search for correlations between different asset classes; 7) fomation of investment porfolios and comparison of matual results. The main economic indicators hae been used to study the market and conclude our current economic and financial market situation. The H. Markowitz model was chosen for this study as the main asset allocation strategy. The investigation found that goverment debt securities generated negative returns. To achieve better investment porfolio results there were looking alternatives for goverment debt securities. The Excel programme modeling of various porfolio options has yielded results that show that even if goverment debt securities are not involved in the investment porfolio, high returns can be achieved without taking more significantly more risks. Found alternative porfolio is compared to different porfolios to proof results.
