Youth policy is one of the youngest, most dynamic and constantly developing policies in Lithuania as well as in the whole Europe. The main purpose of this final work is to examine the main aspects of implementation and the main problems of youth policy in Kelme District and to give some suggestions how the implementation can be improved. The main problem of this work is that the youth policy in regions is not very effective, because it is facing lots of national and regional problems. Youth policy should and must touch every young person, when solving actual issues, which influence his or her life. So this work deals with the youth policy in national and regional level, the problems, arising while implementing youth policy in these levels and in the municipality of Kelme District in particular, with reference to national laws, laws of European Union of youth policy, other national documents of youth policy, laws of the Kelme District municipality of youth policy and the researches of youth policy situation in Lithuania and Kelme district. But for solving the existing problems of youth policy it is very important to identify them very carefully and to make proper solutions for these problems. Furthermore, the author of this work has suggested some solutions to make the formation and implementation of the youth policy in the municipality of Kelme District more effektive. |
