Article discusses Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled, which was adopted by the World Intellectual Property Organization in 2013. Article discusses the main provisions of the treaty and their influence on the regulation of the current copyright system. |
