Abstract [eng] The relevance of the subject. Rising life expectancy is one of the largest health care system achievements, but on the other hand, parallel to the absence of an increase in birth rates, the result of this achievement is the phenomenon of an aging society. While the number of older people who are in good health, have valuable vocational experience, knowledge, skills and want to be economically active increases, the opportunity and need for older people to enter the labor market and to enable them to pursue a professional career and to become equal members of society arises. However, certain concepts of society related to the attitude towards older people create social exclusion and low economic employment, motivation for work and learning. The problem of the research. It is more difficult for the older individuals to enter the labor market than for any other age group. Returning to work can be difficult for various reasons, first of all, of course, health, age, health condition, certain social constructs, limited access to education and training. The object of the research. The entering of the labor market for older unemployed individuals. The objective of the research. Theoretically and empirically investigate unemployed older people's involvement in the labor market and training provisions. The goals of the research. 1. Summarize the theoretical aspects of older people's entrance to the labor market. 2. Analyze the limiting factors and the expression of learning in older unemployed people entering the labor market. 3. Analyze the views of the labor exchange staff on the factors of older individual’s entrance to the labor market and the expression of their training provisions. The summarized results of the empirical research suggest that the entrance to the labor market for older unemployed individuals is limited by factors of biological aging, psychological, social, economic and labor market systems reticence. The learning provisions of older unemployed people were expressed through factors of biological aging, psychological and social limitation of transition in the labor market.
