Abstract [eng] The doctoral dissertation is focused on thin film heterostructures based on lanthanum manganites -La0,66Sr0,34Mn03 (LSMO), La0,66Ca0,34MnO3 (LCMO) and organic semiconductors (OS), namely, Alq3 and several organic compounds based on naftalen diimide and perimidine. The manganite films of various crystalline quality were grown on crystalline MgO and SrTiO3 substrates by magnetron sputtering while the OS films were prepared on both conductive n,p-Si substrates and the manganite films by using vacuum evaporation and spin-coating technologies. Major attention was paid to structural quality of the prepared films and hybrid organic-inorganic structures and particular to comparative study of electrical and magnetoresistive properties of both the manganite films and the prepared p-n and p-i-n diode structures. Competing contribution of grains and grain boundaries on temperature-dependent resistivity and magnetoresistance of polycrystalline LSMO/MgO films exhibiting various crystalline quality has been elucidated. Modelling of nonlinear current-voltage relations have been performed for the prepared hybrid organic-inorganic diode structures. Major Schottky diode parameters for the device structures have been estimated.
