Relevance. Due to rapidly increasing competition, UAB „Palink“ trade network „IKI“ has encountered a difficulty of managing turnover of employees, keeping high productivity and reaching destinations. Although organisation has developed many motivating tactics and many employees satisfaction researches are made as well, efficiency has never been evaluated before. Object – methods to motivate employees. Destination – evaluate the efficiency of employees motivation in UAB „Palink“ trade network and find out possible deprendency on number of turnovers. Methods. Researche is based on theoretical, empirical and statistic method. |
