This research analyzes the experiences of Georgian families who benefited from the paternity leave policy adopted in 2020. The study focuses on unfolding family experiences, stories, and challenges in the context of gender dynamics within Georgian society. The research is a qualitative study and implements narrative analysis in order to uncover the background and setting behind collected data and view problems from a higher stance in order to draw conclusions and insights. |
