Abstract [eng] It is generally accepted that criminal acts with signs of sexual violence, directed against persons of different genders as well as minors or minors, are one of the most dangerous criminal acts, falling under Chapter XXI of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania - crimes and misdemeanors against a person's freedom of sexual self-determination and inviolability, system. Sexual crimes, namely: rape, sexual assault, coercion of sexual intercourse, satisfaction of sexual passion in violation of the freedom of sexual decision-making and/or inviolability of a minor, sexual harassment, seduction of a person under the age of sixteen, solicitation of a person under the age of sixteen, acts enshrined in the Criminal Code in the code, great damage is caused to the victim's physical and psychological health, the honor and dignity of the person is humiliated. The objective and subjective features of the analyzed criminal acts reveal the uniqueness, complexity and danger of acts with signs of sexual violence. After revealing more about the elements of each criminal act, it can be noticed that the main purpose of the perpetrator's actions is sexual satisfaction. After reviewing and analyzing individual acts, the work focused on discussing problematic legal aspects. In court practice, one often encounters issues of qualification, delimitation of acts, and evaluation. However, it should be noted that the most important of all is the appropriate response of the state to the commission of criminal acts of a sexual nature, the protection of victims of sexual violence and the prosecution of guilty persons.
