Main goal set for this research is to reveal applied methods of employees motivation in public and private health care institutions at the level of theoretical and practical approaches. Thesis consists of two general parts. The first part covers review of theoretical aspects of motivation in the context of health care institutions, analysis of concepts of motivation and motives, disputes regarding most common theories of motivation. Research technique is presented and general principles of questionnaire form creation provided, and investigation of employees' motivational factors in public and private health care institutions performed in the second part of this work. Raised hypothesis of the author of this work confirmed that employers of public and private health care institutions use various methods for employee motivation, in respect to emploee's needs as well as take into consideration their personal qualities and specifics of the job, in line with the general situation of the institution and managing manner. Appropriate conclusions provided and recommendations formulated. |
