Before and after the survey the results from questionnaires, anthropometry and body composition were analyzed. The statistical analysis of data was carried out. In the empirical part the connection between physical activity, mental health and anthropometry is analyzed. The most important conclusions from the empirical part: 1. After revealing overweight peculiarities, its relationship with quality of life and physical activity it came to conclusion that overweight has influence not only to body’s anthropometrical data, but also to the quality of life and psycho-emotional state. 2. Respondents physical and mental fullness of life indicator averages were compared to their body mass index. It was found out that respondents body mass index statistically differs from physical activity (p<0,05), activity limitations because of physical issues (p<0,05) and emotional condition (p<0,05) indexes. 3. At the end of the study it was found out that fat folds decreased the most (approximately 2 mm), body size changed approximately 2, 5 cm. Therefore, statistically significant relationship was determined (p<0, 05). 4. Results showed that physical education improved women life because mental health and physical activity indicators were higher. It means that the higher respondents sport index is the more limited their activities are because of the physical pain and the pain is lower. |
