Abstract [eng] The aim of research work: To analyze the effect of motor control exercises on function state of patients suffering from low back pain. Tasks of work: 1. To evaluate the effect of motor control exercises on improving the functional state’s parameters of patients with low back pain. 2. To analyze the peculiarities of the effect of motor control exercises on the functional state of patients with low back pain. Materials and methods: A systematic review of the literature was conducted to analyze the effect of motor control exercises on the functional status of patients suffering from low back pain. Scientific articles were searched in the PubMed database. The systematic review included 13 articles published between 2011 and 2021 in English. The focus was on the interventions used, the methods used for testing and the results of their evaluation. Results and conclusions: Summing up the results, turned out that in patients, suffering from low back pain, who perform motor control exercises, there is a statistically significant improvement in the parameters of functional state. The best effect on the functional condition of patients with low back pain through motor control exercises is about four – eight weeks. Combining motor control exercises with other interventions can have a greater positive impact on improving functional state parameters. The combination of motor control exercises with pain neuroscience education has shown statistically significant better results in improving the parameters of the functional state of patients.
