Abstract [eng] The theses of the work are based on the fact that after the exercise with weights a certain complex of measures must be used to recover the body. It has a great importance for achieving results and for the harmonious development of the body. Many of those, engaged in sport activities, after exercise or physical activity are irrational, often face with eating problems, lack of rest, irrationally planned physical loads, and this way they slow down the recovery of the body, which can lead to injury or apathy to sports. Recovery (regeneration) measures complexes improve muscular and mental stress, improve mood and well-being, strengthen the nervous and immune systems. These complexes also help to get rid of stress and accelerate energy recovery, as well as improve recovery after physical and mental workloads. Therefore, after exercise it is necessary to pay attention to vocational rehabilitation. The research object is physical regeneration of men developing strength in gyms The aim is to investigate the physical regeneration measures of men developing strength in gyms, their practical application and understanding of the present modeling capabilities. The research methodology. The study involved 109 male athletes attending Radviliskis and Siauliai city sports clubs. A total of 3 sports clubs members attending various forms of expression and strength development have been interviewed . The study was carried out using a questionnaire. The study took place in October 2015 - January 2016. The research methods. The theoretical analysis and generalization, questionnaire, mathematical statistics. The study shows, that the most effective means of physical working capacity regeneration for men is sleeping, and also they mostly prefer sleeping to recover the ability to work. The most significant information source about the physical regeneration measures to those men seem to be multimedia sources p <0.05. Men's priority in providing strength training exercises were best understood by the effect of dietary supplements: vitamins and minerals, and glucosamine and chondroitin. Most of the subjects had meals 4-6 times a day, which corresponds to those already listed in the scientific advice. Most of the subjects rest breaks between the sets is irrational, does not meet the scientific recommendations. There is a very small part of the subjects who perform stretching exercises every workout. Men developing strength, exploit the physical regeneration measures not effectively, without taking into consideration the importance of these measures.
