The master‘s thesis focuses on the analysis of the assurance of a child‘s right to know his/her biological origin in the second marriage gamily. The work aims to reveal child‘s right to know his/her biological origins in the second marriage family assurance. Methods of the research: Theoretical: the analysis of scientific (educational, psychological, philosophical), methodological literature and also of documents regulating children's rights in the Lithuania and international documents. Empirical: triangulation research: structured interview, biographical narrative method, a semi- structured interview. The qualitative data of research is being analysed using content analysis. The research included 11 people which their biological father was to know at teenagers period, but 2 researched people at the second and third research, refused to participate, so these subjects from the study have been eliminated. Analysis of the obtained results have showed that mostly children's rights related to the security, honor, strength, sense of values and the ability to use them, which provides maintenance for children and the living conditions of assurance and education. |
