Abstract [eng] The present master thesis analyzes various factors, making impact on Lithuanian and foreign consumers’ behaviour and the process stages of consumers’ taking a solution. The work defines the interrelations between women’s jackets assortment and quality criteria and demographic factors. The framed research hypothesis, made by the author, is confirmed that the main indicators, which determine the decision of a consumer to purchase woman’s jackets, is product’s quality. The received conclusions and offers will be useful to heads of companies trading with women’s clothes, who aim at better finding out consumers’ demands and to enhancing selling possibilities.
