This Master’s work analyses change tendencies of Lithuanian national budget income, with most attention focused on tax income. Budget income plan execution is covered and includes indication of reasons for deviations from the forecast. Correlation and regression analysis helps evaluate links of various economic indicators and national budget income. Status and distribution analysis of municipality (grouped by district) budgets’ income and of indicators, which impact them, are carried out. Based on these indicators districts are grouped into four clusters and change tendencies of such grouping results are reviewed. Lithuanian and other EU countries’ tax burden is compared, by indicating benefits of its decrease according to A. Laffer theoretical concept. During research national budget and its composite parts’ income perspectives are envisaged. |
