In this master ‘s work there are analysed the problematic aspects of knowledge management and innovation management interaction covering processes of knowledge management and innovation management, knowledge conversion forms as well as factors forming the interaction of knowledge management and innovation management. The aim of the master’s work – to reveal the peculiarities of knowledge management and innovation interaction. When trying to implement the set aim there were analysed and sistemised theoretical and practical works of different Lithuanian and foreign authors which helped to formulate the main propositions for assessment. The work introduces the employees’ attitude toward knowledge management and innovation management initiatives pursued at their workplace and advantages and disadvantages of those activities were revealed. The author’s formulated hypothesis that a direct interaction between knowledge and innovation management exists has been proved. |
