| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of the authors of this work is to analyse and compare the expression of organizational climate and work-related stress in public sector institutions by using the following two standardized tests: the test of organization climate created by prof. G. Merkys scholarly group and the test of work – related stress. Theoretical aspects of work-related stress and organizational climate of various Lithuanian and foreign authors are analysed and systematized and their correlation is proved practically in the master thesis. The hypothesis stated by the authors was proved – it was estimated that work-related stress experienced in public institution was lower and the expression of organizational climate wasmore beneficial in comparison with business sector organization. |
