The aim of the master’s work is to investigate the manifestation of organizational climate through carrying out a diagnostic research and develop hypothetical model of managing organizational climate. For these purposes was used the test of organizational climate crisis (inventory) developed by Prof. G. Merkys’s research group. This master thesis analyses literature. The research has been carried out at JSC “Skuba” and in it’s branches: JSC “Šiaulių skuba”, JSC “Klaipėdos skuba”, JSC “Kauno skuba”. Made and theoretically described “theoretical model of organization organizational climate change” which explains organizational climate transformation from present situation to striven. Model and inter coordination and combination of it inside structure let reveal JSC “Skuba” organizational climate inequalities, also it helps to choose the right correction tools between two groups of stuff, identified during the research. |
