Abstract [eng] The work includes the analysis of the environmental factors, stipulating the successful learning, and motivating the training process of the grand piano lessons. Currently, the significance, the types and the theories of the motivation, are especially emphasised. The science studies are more or less associated with the concrete artistic or scientific aspects of motivation and their potential. Nevertheless, it was difficult to find at least one work about the environmental factors, which influence the success of learning, and motivate the training process of the grand piano lessons. Accordingly, we can state that this pedagogical matter is that of an actual importance. The object of the research: the environmental factors, stipulating the motivation of the training process of the grand piano lessons. The purpose of the research: to determine the environmental aspects that stipulate the successful learning, and motivate the training process of the grand piano classes. In the first part of the work the concept of the motivation of learning, plus the exterior and the interior motives of learning, and the psychological approach to the motivation are being analysed. Respectively, in the second part the environmental aspects, stipulating the motives of learning, or in other words the environment of education, the practice of the teacher, the conditions in the family, the peer pressure, and the situation of the success are being investigated. Furthermore, the approach of the schoolchildren towards the environmental factors, instigating the successful learning, and influencing the motivation of the training, is disclosed in the third part. Lastly, in the fourth part of the work the data of the qualitative survey, representing the teacher’s attitude towards the former factors of the environment, initiating the success of the learning process, is introduced and analysed. Having analysed the questionnaires, representing the view point of the teachers and the schoolchildren, we can state that the music schools have created a relevantly good learning conditions for the children. Actually, children feel the constant concern of their families about the achievements at the music school. Additionally, they positively judge the close partnership of their parents and the teachers; moreover, the relations between the schoolchildren and the teachers are truly warm and friendly. Significantly, the alignment to the pupils, showing higher training results, stipulates the motivation of the learning. Taking into consideration the motivation of the grand piano lessons, the question of the repertory and the child’s presence, while selecting the new ones, acquires one of the most significant roles. Finally, the experience of the successful situations strongly influences the motivation of the learning, since it trains the self - respect of the schoolchildren, by creating the specific psychological setting, which is extremely significant, while preparing for the public showings, because it helps to lessen the too exaggerated worry and the stage-fright.
