Current systems is not just a passive data storage, but also the treatment of intellectuals and even decision-making. Biomedical Systems presence would promptly take the necessary decisions to solve various biomedical problems. A purpose of this Master's Thesis is exploring a possibility to diagnose diseases, using data-mining techniques while having available patient complaint and patient examination data. Biomedical data analysis system model is designed. It includes database model - logical database scheme suitable for universal cases, data-mining methods and tools selection, installation and use. First of all theoretical analysis is carried out for database management systems, data-mining methods and tools. Biomedical data analysis system model is designed to enable disease diagnosis, while using patient complaint and patient examination data. Data-mining cluster analysis method is used to analyse biomedical data. An experiment is conducted and practical model is tested. |
