Staff’s training theoretical aspects of different Lithuanian and foreign authors have been analyzed and practical staff training system research of JSC "Lithuanian Railways‘has been systematized in this master’s thesis. The acquisition methods of the training program in the company have been investigated thoroughly: outside the job place and training in the job place. Teaching methods of training are analyzed. The investigation is carried out through joint qualitative and quantitative research methods. There is employees’ opinion on staff training system at JSC “Lithuanian Railways“ investigated and assessed. There is JSC "Lithuanian Railways” staff training strategy, training plans and staff performance analysis report accomplished. There is justified a research hypothesis, formulated by the author that in the training system which is set up in the company, the improving of basic skills does not meet the needs of the employees. |
