The aim of the master’s woks – to analyze the PLC “Šiaulių tauro televizoriai“ in the aspect of the learning organization, while surveying the employees and the leaders, as well as while carrying out the analysis of the strategic documents of the organization. In accordance with the publicized results of the research of Lithuanian and foreign scientists, the concept and the fundamental features of the activity of the learning organization, are substantiated theoretically. After researching the PLC “Šiaulių tauro televizoriai“ as a learning organization empirically, the hypothesis of the paper is proved, that the separate features of the learning organization are characteristic for the PLC “Šiaulių tauro televizoriai”, however, the strategy and system of the development of the constantly learning organization are not created; the process of the learning and qualification upgrade of the employees is more formal, chaotic, inefficient, while comparing with the aims of the organization activity. On the basis of the performed research, the learning of the organization and the intended development possibilities of it, are evaluated. |
