There is analysed the influence of the means of management (Internal communication, delegation of assignments, the incorporation of the workers into the enactments of the decisions, control of conflict situations) used by the directors of educational organizations in Joniškis district in this work. According to theoretical analysis the empirical research has been done. The results of the research demonstrate the reasons, principles and conditions of the effective operation of the means of management. The conclusion that the use of means of management in organizations should form a solid system making an influence to the improvement of work has been done. The hypothesis of the research made by the author that the effective use of the means of management of staff makes impact on the improvement of the work of educational organization has been proven. |
