This Master’s work consists of two main parts. In theoretical part, motivation of employees is analyzed in theoretical level where concepts of motivation, motives, requirements are analyzed, substantial provisions of the main motivation theory, disclosed motivation measures diversity and complexity. Method of research, main principles of making a questionnaire are presented in exploratory part. Research of motivation of employees of trade companies and factors that influence it were made, conclusions were formulated and recommendations presented. Purpose of the work is to explore factors that influence motivation of employees of trade companies. Results of empirical research has showed that employees often are motivated by non-material promotional measures, but increase of wage, premiums to wages, various presents would be better motivation for employees, congratulation on feast occasionss, creating of good working conditions and freedom of decisions would be less motivation. |
