Enterprise should be started learning at school, so it is seeked to make the best possible opportunities for schoolchildren to train their enterprise. For each person it is useful to have entrepreneurial qualities, which helps to play an active role in society, work, build their own future, to achieve their objectives. Acquire entrepreneurial characteristics is important not only for entrepreneurs, business leaders but for students as well. Subject of the research is development of entrepreneurship and its importance for career. The research aims at disclosure of the attitudes of the 3 – 4 gymnasium class students towards development of entrepreneurship and substantiation of its importance for career. Entrepreneurship concept analysis was carried out employing theoretical method, the importance of entrepreneurship in individual’s professional performance and career management and significance of formal and non-formal education were revealed in the thesis. Attitude of the 3 – 4 gymnasium class students towards the development of entrepreneurship and its importance for career was revealed using the empirical method, questionnaire survey of the students was carried out and career coordinators’ attitude was researched towards the development of entrepreneurship of 3 – 4 gymnasium class students, and career coordinators were interviewed. 250 students of 3 – 4 gymnasium classes and 3 career coordinators participated in the survey. |
