Abstract [eng] The paper analyzes the influence of parents of preschool children overcome stuttering. The aim of paper is to identify parents and speech therapists opportunities for cooperation to overcome preschoolers stuttering. The stuttering is one of the most common speech disorders and causes human development, socialization and so on issues. Scientists from different fields, pay much attention to clarify the causes of stuttering and to suggest possible ways of overcoming it. Using the survey method, 147 respondents were interviewed (52 parents and 95 speech therapists). The opportunities for cooperation of parents and speech therapists were studied, the problems by working with specialists were analyzed and opportunities were provided. When analyzing research material, the relations were searched between specialist offer for family’s members to participate helping children who stutter and parents standpoint to collaborate with specialists. The aim of this analyzes is to find out the conditions of co- operation between parents and speech therapists. Acceptable conditions contribute to the success of overcoming stuttering. This research shows that most of children’s speech and language therapists accept collaboration gain. Parents of children who stutter are interest to know about the dynamics of changes in stuttering. Research data analysis shows that parents and speech therapists recognize that it’s hard for one specialist to overcome stuttering. Help of the other specialists and parents is needed. However, the bigger part of parents revealed that they don’t do speech therapy activities at home.
