Abstract [eng] |
This master’s work is an independent part of a team research work. The aim of the authors of this paper is to set the expression and connection between organizational climate and work- related stress in the management characteristics of human resources of SC “Siauliu energija”. This master’s work presents the analysis of the theoretical aspects of the organizational climate and work-related stress of Lithuanian and foreign authors. The research was carried out using two standard tests: “organization climates crisis test” and adapted to Lithuanian conditions and established a “work-related stress test”. The research work was carried out in the SC “Siauliu energija”. Total number of a 115 respondents which represents18 different teams. The data was processed using typical SPSS program. The research proved theoretical presumption that well developed organizational climate corresponds to small work-related stress and big work-related stress is responsible for the organizational climate crisis. Assumption was confirmed by the systematic and reliable statistical connection between organizational climate and work-related stress. The author's second scientific research hypothesis, that the organizational climate and work-related stress in SC “Siauliu energija” are uncongenial, critical, therefore the need of managerial intervention has been proved. |
