This master‘s work analyses the problem of motivation measures applied to Lithuania civil servants. The material, involving motivation measures, of the foreign authors and Lithuanian ones has been analyzed and structured. The essence of the motivation and the oneness of civil service are particularly analyzed. Also, the motivation measures are theoretically analyzed and motivation theories comparison is made. Moreover, the comparative analysis of laws and motivational reseach of Lithuania and United Kingdom are made, which results was applied for analysis of the United Kingdom’s motivation measures available in Joniškis district municipality. It is revealed that all motivation measures are available in Joniškis district municipality because most of questioned civil servants confirmed the importance of new motivation measures. |
