Abstract [eng] SUMMARY Modern children’s education researchers fairly often emphasize class educator’s role in the organization and implementation sphere of education. In many authors’ opinion modern class educator’s activity isn’t only responsible but also rather complicated – he is committed to take care of children’s education, their physical and psychical development and nurturance of characteristics, attitudes of values conveyance and formation. As a result the educator of this range is required to have the competences of management activities. In order that educator of the class would be able to do his work qualitatively, would reach the aims of education, first of all he has to plan his activity. In a class educator’s education activity planning process an important role falls on pupils too, with which class educator contacts. On purpose to efficiency is essential active interaction and collaboration of both sides. Class educator has to study constantly and to be open to innovations, to react to the pupils round about, including the attitude of the senior classes pupils towards educator’s activity. Currently in Lithuania there is no one planning methodology for the class educators approved by the Ministry of Education and Science. Each school picks the scheme of class educator’s activity plan, which educator has only to fill in. The aim of the research – to explore educators’ and pupils of the senior classes attitude towards class educator’s activity content planning. In the research there participated 96 educators of the senior classes and 166 (9-12 classes) students from Telšiai city and district secondary and main schools. To do the research was chosen a comparative quantitative analysis of data, which confirmed the raised hypothesis, that class educator’s activity content planning in a contemporary secondary school is standardized according to the given form of the particular school. The analysis of the comparative research revealed that pupils of the secondary schools are not enough acquainted with the plan of educational activity. Pupils from village schools take part in the arrangement of educational activity plan more actively than pupils from the cities.
