In the work the consumers’ behaviour was researched and its importance in catering companies’ work was analyzed. The object of the work: the behaviour of consumers. The subject of the work: The cafes and restaurants in Ukmerge. The purpose of the work: to analyze the behaviour of consumers’ services offered by restaurants and cafes in Ukmerge. The structure of the work: an introduction and 3 sections. While writing the work for the master’s degree, works of many Lithuanian and foreign authors connected with consumers’ behaviour were analyzed. In the first part of the work theoretical aspects: characterization, classification, the conception of services of catering companies is defined. In the second and the third parts the behaviour of consumers, its essence, the types of consumers and influential factors in this sphere of services are analyzed. In the practical part of the work factors of consumers’ services which had influence on the choice of the catering company were identified and evaluated. Having analyzed the forthcoming information, at the end of the work presumptive conclusions and recommendations are given. They could be useful both for managers of public and private companies in order to understand consumers’ behaviour better. At the end of the work the list of literature and supplements are given. |
