The aim of the master’s thesis is to analyze the aspects of formation of organizational culture in Šiauliai sports schools using Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), made by K. S. Cameron and R. E. Quinn. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The first section provides a brief theoretical review on the issues of the formation of organizational culture. The second section is based on the analysis of the survey on “Sports Schools’ Organizational Culture in the City of Šiauliai”. In the end, the conclusions have been drawn and the recommendations have been made. |
