Demand of products in the modern market is described by optimal ratio between product quality and price. The product must satisfy requirements for safety, precision and reliability that are defined in the standards and formulated by customers. Proper quality of the product must be warranted with lowest possible cost. There are excluded main customer requirements for the product in the work. Analysis of quality cost, defining quality prevention cost and failure cost is made. Analysis of quality seeking in the enterprise is made. Tests of bicycle brakes and experimental investigation are made to determine reasons of non-quality product. Analysis of experimental researches is fulfilled and recommendations for quality improvement are formulated. Product quality cost evaluating and forecasting is fulfilled. It was stated, that when prevention and appraisal costs are increasing then failure costs are going down. |
