Abstract [eng] Many authors (Vosylius, Paukštys, 2003; Girdauskas, 1998; 1999) agree that the physique and technical features development efficiency of youth soccer player depend on the age of the player as well as on exercises taken during the training process. It is proven, that the big amount of the children and teenage training, without needed future specialization, can suppress the natural talent of youth sportsman and can prevent to achieve good results (Платонов, 1995; 1997). Therefore the new training methods are needed, and the problem question arises what is the efficiency of the simultanous method? In the present paper the hypothesis is made: simultaneous method in preparation of 7 – 9 years soccer players is efficient for the development of technical and physical qualification. The purpose of this paper is to theoretically justify and test empirically the efficiency of simultaneous training session method for the fluctuation of 7-9 years old soccer player physique potential and technical qualification. The outcomes of the paper are as follows: • The physique potential indicators of experimental and the control groups fluctuated gradually and in the end of experiment there was no significant superiority. But some mean indicators of experimental group were marginally little. • The mean indicators of results show that the simultaneous method is efficient for the development of technical qualification. Technical qualification results presented the significant superiority of experimental group. • It can be argued that the application of simultaneous method in training youth soccer players is progressive sport education method in the early stage training. • To sum up the experiment results, it can be said that the development of 7-9 years old children is very fast; as well as the features of dexterity and flexibility are developing. The training of quickness and further development of it depends on the direct training session. In training 7-9 years old youth soccer players’ particular attention should be on the development of physique features.
