Abstract [eng] Master thesis dealt with the regional rate of inflation and gross domestic product of credit interest rate. The paper analyzes the population of credit at an interest rate of the first part - the interbank interest rate, and its formation, discussed the key factors stipulating the interest rates, identified the main factor. The analysis revealed the most relevant for Lithuania, the central bank monetary policy. Based on communication methods, a study of relations between the region's inflation and gross domestic product growth and the basic (official) rate, as well as between interest rates and inflation rates in the region and the Lithuanian population of the credits in interest rates. The paper analyzes the characteristics and trend of the reasons for 2003 - 2009 year. Master thesis the author has shown the European Union inflation impact on households of credit at an interest rate of significance. However, economic difficulties in the market in 2010, the study of relations and undermine the influence Euribor population of credit in euro from a year interest rate in Lithuania. It also denied a link between U.S. inflation in the economic impact of this facility. An investigation confirmed that the Lithuanian people during this credit at interest rates is only the European Union countries, the inflation rate. The paper proposes to adjust the monetary policy transmission mechanism is more appropriate to affect the inflation dynamics in various countries.
