The main goal of the research – in order to increase the efficiency of institution, to reveal the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) implementation and application possibilities in the municipal of Radviliškis district. Invoked to realize the purpose of scientific literature, analysis of documents. In order to investigate the possibilities and the need for CAF in Radviliškis district municipality, an empirical study involving a survey of experts, based on the CAF methodology. The study data were processed to obtain quantitative and qualitative data processing methods. The theoretical part presents the application of quality management practices, the features analyzed in CAF application opportunities for public sector institutions. In order to clarify the CAF deployment options in Radviliskis municipal administration, the questionnaire is based on the CAF. The study revealed that the municipal administration is considered quite favorably distinguished institution strengths and areas for improvement. It was concluded that, although Radviliškis District Municipality and shows interest in the quality management system to install, but this field development isn‘t involved in organization‘s plans. |
