This master’s final paper reveals the concept of motivation, early and modern motivation theories are analyzed, the analysis of ways for evaluating motivation is accomplished, typology of factors influencing motivation and selection of motivation means are discussed. Seeking to reveal the practical aspect of object of this work, the characteristics of „Šiaulių statyba“ is rendered, the survey methodology is prepared and a survey of personnel motivation and it‘s determining factors in „Šiaulių statyba“ company is accomplished. The results of this survey let to identify primary problems of personnel motivation in the company. In order to solve these problems recommendations were formed. Interesting and well-liked work, opportunities to raise qualification and good work payment are the most important factors for personnel of „Šiaulių statyba“. As a result, survey hypothesis was confirmed only partially. |
