Master‘s degree work is made in 2010. The author is Vilius Baublys. The hypothesis: it is likely that Radviliškis Enterprise follows the requirements of EU Environmental Protection, it is seeking to replant forests that had been cut down, reached results for the development of harmonious forestry are good enough. The aim of research: to explore harmonious forestry development strategy implementation and improvement opportunities by the example of Radviliškis Enterprise. These tasks were raised to reach this aim: to analyse the conception of the harmonious development by highlighting social, economical, environmental protection factors‘ connections and significance; to submit the most important provisions in forestry policy; to carry out the analysis of Radviliškis Enterprise running; to investigate employees‘ position and opinion on the provisions of harmonious forestry development implementation in Radviliškis enterprise; to carry out the position and opinion of farmers, forests‘ owners and hunters towards the harmonious development implementation in Radviliškis enterprise; to carry out the position and opinion of forestry specialists about the opportunities of the harmonious development implementation provisions in Radviliškis region. The methods of reserach: the analysis of scientific literature, analysis of documents,questionnaire, interview. After the empirical research this conclusion was made: the opinion of experts approves the position of foresters, forests‘ owners, farmers and hunters that the region successfully managed to apply the indicators of harmonious development . They make conditions for the foresters to implement their activities by principles of harmonious development. It was also identified that the harmonious forests development experts link with continuous forest management and the regulation of legal base and thebalancing of resources . To reach the conservation of forests, increase of forests and the control of forests‘ cut down and appropriate law base are needed. The priorities of activities of forests‘ specialists are connected with increase of foresters , the ideas of forest development and the studies for forests‘ owners. The main disturbance is the lack of single forests‘ policy, different disasters and the pressure of bussiness. In dealing these problems continuous use of forests and public analysis of problems are necessary. |
