The aim of paper is to analyse the aspects of organization culture formation in construction company. Works and researches theoretical peculiarities of different Lithuanian and foreign authors on the issues of culture formation, organization culture functions, levels and types. The opinion of UAB „Beržas“ employees about organization culture formation showed that master‘s work hypothesis has been proved partly: organization‘s members some aspects appraised in negative way. There are some findings and recommendations in the end of the master‘s work. |
