Abstract [eng] Modern pre-school institutions has a dual purpose - to assist family of pre-school age children and to cooperate with the family raising a child kindergarten. Various educational institutions must comply with both CSPE and their parents' needs. Kindergarten is perceived both as child-raising, both as a background, combining work and family responsibilities office. But the real problem of institution management, who might help parents to meet the needs of a rapidly changing environment, is still lagging behind the needs arising. The object of investigation: optimization of pre-school teachers work to meet the parents needs. Purpose of the study - to examine and assess the parents, who have pre-school children's, needs and opportunities to meet them for pre-school, optimizing teaching activities. In this paper analyzes the literature studied in a systematic approach to preschool children specific needs of parents, and the opportunity to meet them for pre-school. Questionnaire intended to help find the main needs of parents, who have pre-school age children, needs and satisfaction of pre-school education. The results obtained showed that parental education in pre-school educational institutions is insufficient. Parents are not always given qualified support concerning education issues. Teachers lack the competence to include parents in the management of the nursery, children's educational process, while pre-school programs include cooperation with parents. Parents active intervention in to educational activities, not as observers but participants in the discussion and evaluation of child outcomes, discuss the individual child's educational goals are rare. A major problem is families and institutions rhythms discrepancy. The study showed that parents are faced with the problem, when it is not time to bring and pick up a child on time due to employment, parents can not participate in pre-school activities. Kindergartens flexible work schedules, extended stay, a weekend groups. It would allow parents to be sure for child safety, their education while parents are engaged, as well as parents participation in the labor market. The recommendations for pre-school leaders and educators, about the changing social needs related to pre-school institution functions to help optimize the pre-school activities.
