Abstract [eng] Dorsal pain is the problem, because the pain, as other chronic illnesses, affects the quality of life. People, feeling the dorsal pain experience not only physical, but also financial and moral loss, linked with losing the working capacity as well as with high psychological stress. The problem is composed not only from the number of cases of the dorsal pain, but also from its duration. The long-term pain is linked with suffering, unemployment and sometimes with high expenses and disability. There have been many researches carried out that aimed to determine the effect of various physiotherapic and other aids, such as massage, icing, heating, physical exercises and other factors for healing the dorsal pain. The hypothesis was offered that upon milder dorsal pain the subjective life quality assessment becomes more positive. Aim of this Survey was to assess the effect of kinesiotherapy on the subjective life quality of people with dorsal pain. The aim was implemented by the following Tasks of the Survey: 1) to implement the scientific literature analysis on issues of solving dorsal pain problems, reduction of dorsal pain by applying the kinesiotherapy. 2) to implement the subjective life quality assessment of patients prior kinesiotherapy. 3) to implement the subjective life quality assessment of patients after kinesiotherapy. The instrument of Survey was developed in order to attain the aim and tasks – quantitative questionnaire of respondents. The questionnaire was applied as well as statistical data analysis. 102 patients with dorsal pain participated in the Survey (53 males and 49 females). All respondents undertook averagely 10 procedures of kinesiotherapy. Functional possibilities of respondents and the pain were assessed prior kinesiotherapy and after it.
