The dissertation analyzes the expression of tourism service educational potential in the contexts of personnel of a learning organization and consumers of tourism services. It concentrates the attention on a service quality of a tourism organization as innovative and corresponding to time changes. Every participant of a changing process is very important; therefore, creation of tourism service as learning of practical education is the focus point of the dissertation. The main aim of the dissertation is to explore the expression of tourism service educational potential in the context of a learning organization. The dissertation consists of three parts, conclusions, recommendations, and literature. The structure of the dissertation depended on the research aim: the first part reveals the essence of tourism business, analyzes and theoretically substantiates the theoretical access of organization and tourism organization as a learning one, and presents the theoretical concept of a service; the second part presents the formed strategy of empirical research which was methodologically substantiated; the third part of the dissertation is for the research of the expression of tourism service supplier and consumer educational potential, focusing on knowledge, skills and values. On the basis of the results of the theoretical and empirical research the author formulated recommendations for institutions coordinating tourism business and for tourism business organizations because of educational potential strengthening in tourism business, involving organizational senior and junior managers, focusing on strengthening characteristics of a learning organization through tourism service distribution processes supplying services to customers. |
