The final Master thesis analyzes the quality factors of an electronic commerce (ecommerce) website and services. It studies website quality models of foreign authors and selects the most common factors of the website quality assessment. In order to evaluate these factors, the survey of Lithuanian online store visitors is performed with the focus on the browsing features of Lithuanian internet users. According to the survey results, the key quality factors needed to evaluate an e-commerce website are identified. These factors allow to develop a conceptual e-commerce website quality evaluation model. This model is then adapted practically in order to assess the quality of six e-commerce websites. The thesis also provides recommendations how to improve the existing or newly developed websites. Structure: introduction, the theory of the website quality evaluation, the survey of the website quality perception by internet users, the application of the conceptual model of an ecommerce website quality evaluation, conclusions, references.
