Abstract [eng] Research relevance. XX century impossible denominate as child’s status in social system, as an alternation century. 20 November in 1989 United Nation adopted the Convention on the Right of Children. Analyze issue right of children in Lithuania begins just after a few years when independent was regenerate. In Lithuania 1992 sign on and 1995 ratify United Nation Convention on the Right of Children. In all documents, witch are concomitant with rights of children, separate child’s responsibilities. They are directly involved with children rights. Execute rights of children at home, school, or in the other place, we must to take account into the responsibilities, which are forgotten in recent time. Research object: Schoolchildren’s, teachers’ attitude the children’s rights and responsibilities execution at school in Lithuania. Research aim. Consider today’s schoolchildren’s and teachers’ implementation of children’s rights, responsibilities, theirs expression at school. Research tasks: 1. To consider scientific literature, national and international fundamental lows. 2. To investigate Lithuanian schoolchildren’s, of the different age groups, and teachers’ attitude of the child’s rights and responsibilities, their implementation in school. 3. To investigate teachers’ attitude in child’s rights and responsibilities, theirs expressive, implementation in school. 4. To explore, witch one of child rights at school are more vulnerable in Lithuania. 5. Refer with research results, to formulate findings and recommendations about teachers and schoolchildren right of child’s and responsibilities, their executing in school. Research sample and basis: For the survey questionnaire of the research, were conducted in two schools: ,,Ryto” secondary school in Plungė town and gymnasium of Viekšniai township. There were surveys 200 pupils: 102 schoolchildren (51 girls and 51 boys) in Plungė town and 98 schoolchildren (58 girls and 40 boys). Also in research were surveyed 84 teachers from that same schools. In Viekšniai township were surveyed 34 teachers and 50 teachers in ,,Ryto” secondary school of Plungė town. In execution of research I made these conclusions: o On purpose of implementation in child’s rights and provide, all of us must observe guiding principles of child’s rights: no discrimination, live and evolve, pupils interest, participation. o Most of international and national low documents of children rights are excepted responsibilities of children, but a lot of adult people observe, that pupils don’t want to implement at them. Everyone low of people or child’s right are concomitant with responsibility. To Educate responsibility and liability feeling are important as knowing rights of child’s. o In schools teachers and students very well know guiding of child’s rights. According to teachers opinion, these rights are implement in schools. But teachers and pupils attitude and executing in right of child’s are different. o Research data shows, that in schools teachers and students opinion are spearing in child’s rights and rules. However, attitude of most students suppose, that teacher are more powerful and in schools are unequal situation. o All to commit acts of violence in school. Mostly to commit these acts of violence: psychological violence, crude demeanour and corporeal violence. o A lot of students who are going school are absent satisfied in some of welfare low, like medicinal care and nutrition. o Referring to children’s evaluation, they lacks to be protected from negative social environmental. Results of teachers research data, confirm, that school cannot students secure students. That impact action of schoolchildren’s to loan negative habits, students in break at school are smoking and differently intoxicate them salves. o In pupil’s opinion, teachers are inequitable in knowledge assessment. o Children may contest in schools life, but just a small part of them are participating in them.
