Abstract [eng] S U M M A R Y The purpose of this paper was to make the marketing strategy of the office furniture of JSC „Gurda“ in Lithuanian market. The strategy was created to the one line of the firm‘s production – case office furniture, because the profitability of this sector is the lowest between all firm‘s business lines. In the theoretical part of this paper was described all the types of marketing strategies and the technology of the marketing strategy creation was analyzed in detail. In the analytical part of this paper it was analyzed case office furniture market in Lithuania. After that it was evaluated the situation of JSC „Gurda“ in that market. It was used the analysis of the market, micro and macro environment. Also it was invoked the SWOT analysis to know the weak and strong sides of the firm. All the marketing strategies are used to reach the marketing purposes of the company. The main purposes of JSC „Gurda“determined in this paper are to increase the circulation of the firm till 14 mill. Litas and to reach 1 mill. Litas profit next year. In order that the universal marketing plan of JSC „Gurda“ case office furniture would be created, it was made one strategy of every main marketing strategies groups: competitive strategy, market targeting, positioning and marketing complex strategy. There are 76 pages, 21 table and 14 pictures in this project. Conclusions are introduced at the end of the thesis.
